28 अक्टूबर, रविवार को उपाय (अंडर प्रिविलेज्ड एडवांसमेंट बाय यूथ) के दिल्ली-एनसीआर के विद्यार्थियों के लिए प्रथम खेलोत्सव का आयोजन द्वारका के सेक्टर-7 स्थित दादा देव मंदिर के मेला ग्राउंड में किया गया, जिसमे करोल बाग़, नोएडा और गुरुग्राम के लगभग 100 विद्यार्थियों एवं 40 स्वयंसेवकों ने उपाय के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री वरुण श्रीवास्तव जी
